Sleep – 8. Feeling very on track. Using Benadryl has helped keep me asleep.

I am realizing that I'm trying to fit too much into my morning routine, so I am removing some items. Other items I recognize it is good to have a limited time on to force me to not waste time. I have decided to shoot for "zero" carb to make sure that I am in ketosis, which means eliminating nuts. I'm also running an ephedrine stack, so my caffeine intake will be increased for a short period of time. Looking forward to today.

I believe that I may be over scheduling things. I think that it would be better to give myself some wiggle room so that I am not squeezed so tightly.

Only got about seven hours of sleep last night, and some of it was restless. I started out the morning well and will continue in that fashion.

watched a movie late last night and that threw off the evening routine, But now that I think about it, I had not established an evening routine for Friday night. I also do not have a morning routine in place for Saturday or Sunday, nor an evening routine for either of those days. I will do that today.

I got to sleep late last night and do not have a morning routine, but do have the girlfriend with me. I have plans for exercise and a task list to accomplish.

Where did I go right this week?
– I was more consistent with following my routine, stayed on track with my diet, and did not let the weekend get the best me entirely.

How can I apply this to the coming week?
– Every day, do the routine, and do not stay up late unless it advances my goals (and only on the weekends for this).

Where did I come up short this week?
– Hit a couple of unhealthy faps and some infotainment.

How will I prevent this in the coming week? (note, there must be a strategy in play "I just won't do it again" or similar answers do not count)
– Cold showers for five minutes upon recognizing the physical tension that leads to the unhealthy faps. infotainment is addressed by recognizing that I have a mission to accomplish, and it is just a distraction from it. It also helps to view it for what it is, which is resistance.

What obstacles will I be facing next week?
- People: Coworkers who want to chat instead of work. Claire getting overwhelmed with her own tasks and not contributing to the group tasks.
- Events: Today, Claire has her board exam, and on Thursday we need to drive to Austin For Crispin to have his dental work done.
- Scheduling Conflicts: Claire and I need to determine when she has her meetings this week
- Deadlines: none
- Personal: wanting to skip out on BJJ because it involves actual work from me.

What do I plan on doing to address the obstacles?
– Enforce the no talking policy in the lab, even among tutors. Talk with Claire if I notice her getting self centered. Do not plan for a free weekend. Ask Claire after she is done with her exams today when her meetings are (alarm set now). Let partners know if I skip the Jits.

When are partner phone calls this week?
- Today at 17:30 (Claire)

Where did I go right this week?
Not a whole lot of places. I made a lot of progress from a professional goals point of view, but not much of that directly involved anything from the cycle.

How can I apply this to the coming week?
I have made quite a few modifications that I'm hoping will address these issues. I will continue to aggressively approach my professional goals.

Where did I come up short this week?
Sleeping, eating, licensing, and avoiding routines

How will I prevent this in the coming week? (note, there must be a strategy in play "I just won't do it again" or similar answers do not count)
sleeping: I now have eight hours of bedtime set aside five days a week, and 7 1/2 minimum twice a week.
Eating: I am away from my mom's house.
Licensing: have incorporated a mission review into my routine.
Avoiding routines: I have dramatically simplified my routines

What obstacles will I be facing next week?
- People: nobody immediately stands out
- Events: I must apply for graduation this week, and I need to stop by a car dealership tomorrow
- Scheduling Conflicts: I do have relatively little free time during the week, but the simplified routine should help
- Deadlines: I must apply for graduation, and I must drop weight by the jujitsu tournament
- Personal: I am coming off of a three day dopamine binge, and will likely need a few days to recover.

What do I plan on doing to address the obstacles?
– Apply for graduation tomorrow and visit the dealership in the afternoon after calling them
– set a hard stop at 8 PM and address anything left over in the morning
– increase ephedrine dosage this week
– keep sleep high

When are partner phone calls this week?
partner one: Friday a.m.
partner two: Thursday p.m.
